Shipping policy

EpochX merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Available destinations, delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Production and delivery times vary by item and destination; estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Items may be made at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. We will send tracking information when it becomes available. Check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact pb@epochx.ventures promptly; an order already in production or transit may not be changeable.
