Refund policy

Our merchandise is made to order. Please check the product dimensions or size guide and your selected size and color before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact pb@epochx.ventures promptly and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs. For confirmed problems, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the appropriate instructions.

We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for a size or color you selected incorrectly, or for a change of mind. This policy does not limit any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
